Position ourselves and our organization as a catalyst for Afro Caribbean Canadian adolescents towards development, education, and enrichment through targeted events.
Bridge the economic divide through inspiration and the expression of common interests for Afro Caribbean Canadian adolescents .
Foster a creative and cultura; approach to the continual improvement of the Afro Caribbean Canadian adolescents by motivating and encouraging them to push through the stereotypes and peer pressure.
Protect our youth by promoting their knowledge, preparing their strength, and preserving their future.
Mission: Our Mission is to bridge the dived that cripples our children and their future by equipping them with the power of choice through collaborative activities.
Vision: Our Vision is a Canada where Afro Caribbean children are well mentored, in such a way they are preys at the hands of an aggressor, or because no one listened, or cared or educated them.
Core Values: Community-We create connections that lead to sustainable and impactful growth and improvement for Afro Caribbean adolescents.
Youth Empowerment-Because it's what WE DO! We promote, strengthen, and develop curiosity in a safe and encouraging environment for them via our annual activities.
Courage-We welcome opportunities from all walks of life to motivate and inspire our success
Hope-We believe in the power of choice and the impact of change that is due to all youth
Integrity-We drive impact, work with conviction, and deliver high-quality, transparent results that are full of candor, void of bias, and tailored to the to soothe Afro=Caribbean Canadian Adolescents.
